Return Policy

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns of prints or framed works.

We take great care to ensure our products are carefully packaged for shipping but in the event that your order is damaged in transit please send an email to hi@granadosstudio.com no more than 48 hours following your order delivery date. Please include detailed photos of any damaged product areas as well as any damaged packaging. We will review your claim within 30 days and may elect to repair or replace your item.
